CPCS Management and the London DoS Team

Please note the information below about CPCS Management and the London DoS Team. We hope you find the information helpful.

Directory of Services – New Pharmacy Email

The London Directory of Services (DoS) team now have a dedicated pharmacy email.  Please use this going forward to communicate with the team in relation to your pharmacy or CPCS DoS profiles.  The new email address is cpcs.londondos@selondonics.nhs.uk.

Since the 1st of April 2023, the London DoS team are notified via this new inbox of any new registrations, de-registrations, and supplier changes by national colleagues.  The team will set up new DoS profiles for any new registrations and support testing of referral mechanisms.  When we are notified of a de-registration, we will confirm this directly with the pharmacy.

When to contact the London DoS team:

  • If you have a query in relation to how you receive referrals (do not share patient identifiable data) from NHS 111 and NHS 111 Online.
  • If you have recently changed suppliers and your referral mechanism from NHS 111 and NHS 111 Online is no longer working i.e. you’re no longer getting referrals.
  • If you have deregistered from CPCS and are still getting referrals from NHS 111 and NHS 111 Online.
  • If your pharmacy is closing completely.

When not to contact the London DoS team:

  • If you have issues with NHS Profile Manager (https://organisation.nhswebsite.nhs.uk/), please contact them directly, as the London DoS team has no responsibility for this tool.  You should be able to manage your opening hours (including bank holidays) and basic demographic information via NHS Profile Manager.
  • If you are having issues with referrals to CPCS from GP practices.  This is not linked to the DoS, and you should pick this issue up with your IT supplier and GP practices.

For all other enquiries that are not DoS related, please contact the London pharmacy team: england.lon-pharmacy@nhs.net
